Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact us at [support@gkartaccessories.in] or call our customer support team.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery.
Refund Policy
We process refunds in the following situations:
Order Cancellation (before shipping):
If you cancel your order within 24 hours and before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Product:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inform us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or videos of the product to verify the issue.
Once approved, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Product Not Delivered:
If your order does not reach you due to issues from our side (lost shipment, non-availability of stock, etc.), you will be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use.
Products without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
Customized or special-order products that cannot be resold.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
